well if you think about it, in the past 9 years since you registerd, you only played one year in total. That is actually not that much.

Now looking at Mr. Dudley here:



He managed to play the same amount of time in only 4 years. Thats less than half the time you needed to have a gaming time of 1 year.
So if your GF decides to complain again, just show this to her and let her know, that she could have end up worse. :D

My wife understands that, of all the hobbies that men have, video games are probably the least harmful to her position.

I *could* be hanging around in a bar filled with alcohol and loose women. I *could* be fishing/golfing without her for 7-8 hours every weekend. I *could* monopolize the television all day watching sporting events. I *could* be spending thousands of dollars and significant amounts of time tinkering with my car.

But this way, not only am I not particularly in her way, but she knows where I am and what I'm up to pretty much all the time.

Plus, she plays off and on, so she understands about EVE in particular. But she's always been good about games.

And she hates games in general, not just eve, so no point in trying to get her to play anything..
Well, she does play candycrush or whatever the heck that silly game is called
