EVE is full of idiots.
Just like everywhere else, the only difference here is that there is more freedom for them to waste others' day.
Idiots will put a bounty on you because they don't like the way your avatar looks, they don't like what you have written in your bio, they don't like what you post in the forums, or because your feminine character looks cute, or for no reason at all but as they are bored they bully and troll other players, etc etc...
There is nothing to understand there. Move on and enjoy your game with intelligent people.

I'm pretty sure I have a better grasp on those mails' content than Google translate, but it still makes no sense to me whatsoever.

OP, basically that guy says that he's tired of your drunk roleplaying, making fun of him and griefing, and then pretending to (basically) acting like if nothing happened when you sober up.

Make what you wish of it. This exchange woefully lacks any sort of context.

My brother used to do that at one of his jobs years ago... He'd call up people from the company's customer list and tell people the pool company would be out at x time on x date to install their new pool. When the men would say, "we didn't order a pool," he would say "I have the order right here, (wife's name) ordered it, our deluxe model costing $xx." He thought it was pretty funny. Personally, I was not all that amused. You never know, could have caused some beatings.

Killing ratters in Hisec is particularly easy for the simple reason that the setup of the unsuspecting PVE'er is more or less predictable.

For example - I know that a ratter in a drake in a particular system is fighting Serpentis, so he is most likely heavily defended against Kinetic/Termal and probably only dealing kinetic damage. So I go about a gank setup with a kinetic tank and EM/explosive damage.

In the end it was 3 on 1, so don't feel so bad.
