Toons are generally SP in millions / 3 minus some to get price in billions. The "minus some" is larger when you have killrights against you, low sec status, low standings, unfocused SP, etc.

Also, this is a rather poor gank char. No T2 blasters? No minmatar or gallente destroyer/battlecruiser V? Gunnery supports at only III or IV?

Also, you have to be in NPC corp BEFORE you make the thread.

most of what you said doesn't apply, its a ganking alt its going to have low sec status and tons of kill rights
