You need to adjust this offer. A 33mil char with all races and no JDC is no a dread pilot at all. You're missing quite a few skills for moros, like weapon reconfiguration AT LEAST to IV, Jump fuel conservation, Jump drive operation V, jump drive calibration IV, bilogy V, any of the drug interface skills, and only dread to level 1 (again, should be IV or V). All of these are needed to fly a dread, and you have about 5 months before i would put that character into a moros.
