COSMOS missions (DEV answer would be useful)

I am aware that the COSMOS missions can only be run once.

Is that once per character or once per account?

I tried a COSMOS mission and was not able to run it because another character on my account had already run it. Is this correct?

Conferring with my colleagues we are mostly in agreement that it is once per character life time. Should not be affected by how many times you have run it per account as long as it is no more than once per character.

File a petition if you are having trouble with this and we'll investigate this a bit closer for you. I am not able to comment much here with only a cursory investigation. :)
