Hi,

I'm going to start making boosters. I'm going to start with mindflood as it's my local gas and then probably expand into other popular boosters. My first question is: are mindflood actually used that much? I can see how capacitor boost can save you (like logistics maybe?) and the price is pretty high up compared to other standard boosters but I'm not sure if that indicates they are in demand or not.

My other question is how to attract customers? I have some targets I'm thinking of as I'm close to a few nullsec blocs, but how do you let them know the stuff is there?

Mindflood can be found in every competent capital piot's cargo. Capacitor is life for capitals.

I expect that sub-cap pilots don't make as much use of boosters as capital pilots, as sub-cap pilots expect to be thrown into the meat-grinder, and losing your pod means wasting a booster.

Blue pill, Exile and Drop sell well.
Use the market tools to see what's shifting in your local hub.
Bear in mind that 0.0 alliances will have their own large-scale labs to supply their capital pilots.
Advertise in your bio and target your sales at low-sec pirate groups; standards and synths are popular with them because of their affordability and low risk of side-effects.
You might even be able to arrange protection for your lab in return for regular supplies Blink

What the man above me said. Blue pill, Exile and Drop sell well. Stay away from Sooth Sayer.

not only capital pilots that use mindflood. i often take it with me in my regular logistics as well. so yeah mindflood, blue pill, exile and drop are all good sellers

i use a lot of X-Instinct too, but..that is rather nice and no i wont tell you why :p

As a general rule, lowsec entities with caps don't use them much, and are less likely to min/max with boosters. (There are of course notable exceptions, usually 0.0 groups that for whatever reason also live in lowsec) What you really need is to sell to bigger 0.0 groups, who are both more likely to us boosters in fleets, and are more likely to buy meaningful quantities for subcaps.
