SoE Standings not increasing after missions?

I'm running distribution missions in Arnon for SoE, but my standings with SoE does not seem to be increasing. It's been on 3.5 Effective standings with the agent for the last 8 missions, and my faction standings seems stuck on 3.58.

Where do I check if the standings have indeed increased? I've checked the "standings transactions" in the faction tab of my character sheet, but the last update was 21/09/2013.

Anyone else have this problem?

Faction standings won't change until you run a storyline mission, normal missions increase corp standing, not faction.

Open character, select Sisters Of Eve double click the Icon, you will see your standings boost for the SOE corp by mission or act. Same can be done with Faction standings by Double clicking the Faction you wish to check.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Check your corporation standings instead of faction standings on your character sheet. But to be honest, if your agent standings aren't moving it might just be broken. Try clearing cache and then consider a petition.

Also if you are in a fleet you may not see the standing change immediately if you are simply looking at the standings tab on your character.
