ive petitioned it. As its a relatively small drop (under 3k players) they might not have noticed or thought it was due to people leaving for work/ getting food etc.

and i doubt there is a ccp dude refreshing the forums every 10 mins. probably they check once every 30-60 mins or so.

CCP posted that there was a network Error somewhere in London. They have admitted it is on thier end and are trying to fix it.

I'll try to find the link again and post

Ok, I just spoke with CCP and got an update to the situation.

They are updating the server hardware from Hamsters. This should work out better.

do you use different DNS server on laptop? please check this: cmd -> ipconfig /all
