increase dps of domie

instead of 10 make it 20 on drone damage. it had 10 percent on turret dps and 10 percent on drones before at 50 mil build cost . its drone rage was over powered and then reduced but added minerals stayed the same. around 200 mil build cost, So how about giving it dps 20 percent per level any indy ship can out dps a domie, rorq and other drone boats get the same bonus. I have heard it used to get 1 drone per level and it was taken away. A domie needs to be the top dog of drone boat in its battleship class.

So you want the thing to top six hundred DPS BEFORE the addition of modules?

No drone ship has 20% drone damage per level except the Rorqual... and that's a capital ship on par with a carrier (which, ironically, all do about the same DPS as most battleships).

You can already get around 900-1000 dps out of a Dominix in a decent armor fit (1200-1300+ in a lolshield setup).

my domie does 900 as is domie lost ist one drone per level and was given 10 turrent and 10 drone damage right . so to be fare put that 20 on drones because it cost 5 times more minerals to build it now

it does

rack of T2 blasters = ~400dps
5x Ogre II's = ~800dps

3x DDA II's and 3x MFS II's in the lows


The Dominix is not the only drone based BS in the game.

the only thing the domi might need is a optimal range bonus on the sentry

shield domi = range issues (80-100km at max skills with wardens)
armour domi = has no more then 2/3 the dps of a shield domi

in either field other battleships can do allot better because drones overall suck for dps
