Looking for a focused PVP character, around the 45-60mill sp range. Preferably most of it is in subcaps, but dread/carrier skills are a huge plus.

Preferred races:
Amarr>min>gal. Don't even bother linking a mainly caldari pilot.

Budget: ~16bil, but flexible.
