How to sell kill rights?

Basically, I have them, and I hear they can be sold for profit. How does one offer this service to someone who could put it to good use?

Go to killrights in Character Screen. Right click kill right. Fun.

Check your gracious dispatcher's kill board. If they are low sec resident with a criminal sec status there really is no point to sellingthe kill right as aanyone can attack them for free anyhow. If on the otherhand they are high sec suicide gankers or war dec'ers then there is profit to be made

I disagree. There is no point buying the kill right, but not everyone knows that. Given that it costs you nothing to try, go ahead. I managed to sell kill rights for people with -10 criminal status.
