Hi I have been playing eve for 3 years now and have tried most aspects of the game and I am looking into a c2/c3 I have a few questions.

how much isk on average is required to live in a wh efficiently.

what is the beat ships to use to run sights and how much is the monthly upkeep to live in one?

Monthly "Up keep" is pending on your Tower Size and how intense your operation gets (more tower more monthly fee)

Best Ship C1-C3 = Drake

C4 start getting friends.

No always keep multiple scanning alts in there in a safe spot

also train them in pi as that is a large fixed passive income source

You cant really go wrong with a drake in a C3 or lower other than the isk per hour you'll make with it. If you want to do sites faster try a legion or if you're more adventures you can try to figure out how to make a solo rail proteus work. Idk about the price of the legion but the proteus I'm using is about 700 mil and a drake will cost something like 100. Then you're going to need to spend a few hundred on a pos and the going rate a week for one is like 50ish mil I think. Other than pocos you'll just need to keep your pos fueled and it's pure profit.

You are also going to need something hi dps to bring down existing poco preferably something not to costly and that can do over 600 dps without ammo (minimum to bring down poco shield I would recommend a laser or sentury battleship such as Armageddon or Domi even at 880 dps this is going to take 8 hrs per poco if npc and more if player owned.
