Can fly a Hound!
Can use Bomb Launcher
Can use a basic Hound fit with torps and T2 BCU.
Can light covert cyno
Can use Covert Ops cloak.

+3 Implant Set not including Charisma implant.
ONE neural remap available.

Please note that I won't be selling Isabelle until all other chars have sold, otherwise I won't be able to update this post.

i dont think they are worth 3.5 yet cause none of them can use T2 Torps..
missing basic training to fly covert ops which means more time & money for me to get them up to par.

You can't really fit T2 torps on bombers anyway due to the fittings. Price is 3.5B
