Hello!

Just started playing again and had to create a new acount since I could not remember my old one. anyway I did subscribe aswell and selected a starter pack of some kind, but how do I claim it?

Sorry if this kinda question been asked Before, I did a Quick search on starter pack but did not find what I was looking for.
Can anyone link me in the right direction or please awnser my question, thank you!

EDIT: Nevermind, I found how to claim it when started up the game again!

You could mention the solution you found for people who also do a quick search for the problem.

There's two places.

1. If you have an existing character on the account, there is a present-box button on the lower-right of the screen (labelled "Redeem Items"), just to the left of the grey "use this character" button. This is only valid for accounts with existing characters

2. If you made a new account (so you jump straight into the character generator) ... or you were somewhere you didn't want to redeem the item, you can use the esc-menu. There's a "Redeem Items" button near the lower left (IIRC)

Obviously, if you just made a brand new account, then you can logout/login and the present box will show up.
