Spot on, but the useless Caldari mindlink has only made an already existing problem worse.

The effect of farmers could easily be slowed to a crawl if CCP just re-introduced the .5 standing requirement for entering FW.
Removing that standing requirement was one of the biggest mistakes CCP made when they redesigned FW.

P much 5 somewhat competent but separate group of midgets on one side with some sprinkling of the odd 7 stand out full grown men. I forgot to say they were French, but lets call them Gallente = )

NOW! They're knocking boots with another group who are apart of the Italian state (world war 2). Lets call them Caldari = )

These italians (caldari) have 2 or 3 somewhat competent group of midgets and the rest are full blown ret@rd$. Mind you, they have 2 or 4 really good fully grown men.

The story has been one side (gallente) maintain 5 or more somewhat competent groups of dedicated midgets and the other often maintains around 2. While the other (Caldari) sometimes get an increase of 3 - 4 new groups every QUARTER annually. Those groups tend to fail for whatever reason or just move on and they're left with 2 groups of dedicated midgets.

Amarr factional warfare is somewhat similar but with larger groups of midgets and the Minmatar have a TAD bit more groups of midgets.

This has been going on this WAY FOREVER.
