Anyone know how much LP you can make from level 3s and level 4s now? I'm getting 8k to 9k for level 3s but I've had corp mates that say they've gotten TONS more for level 4s. Do the yields change?

Also, the wiki says that these are supposed to spawn in enemy territory. Does that really just mean in their space whether it is occupied or not?

At Tier 2, you're getting about 25-30k LP per mission for Level 4s. They will spawn in FW space, doesn't matter who currently holds the system.

Does the rewards multiplier for plexing correspond to the multiplier for missions...i don't recall what it has changed to atm...?

Yes, it does. I've only seen Tier 3, and was getting about 45-53k LP/mission with my skills then.

i was getting 80k per at t4 6 months ago which was the last time i did them. takes about 3 hours to get 1million LP at t4
