SommerBlink is NOT providing content for the game. A Lottery Scam is not content... Its a money making method, no better then what you find in Jita Local.

Let me explain a bit, and I will make it simple for you.

Content is something I can do in game with my ship.

Not sure I would call it a scam, as Somer actually provides whats promised for the isk.
