Scorpion Navy Issue BPC missing from game?

Anyone know whats up with this and why this is the ONLY faction ship with no BPC? Was it removed or something because eve database from a few patches back has it listed. Yet it currently is not in game.....

The ship is only available through the Caldari Factional Warfare LP corp, and as far as I'm aware none of those FW specific battleships have blueprints (Navy Domi, Navy Scorp, Fleet Typhoon and Navy Geddon).
