I Hate the New Forums.

The Title, says it all...

EVE-Gate is not user friendly, Mostly the Forums and Replying back to people from mobile devices.

Sorry CCP but I really hate they way that these forums are set up... I can't count the number of times I've hit the Submit Post Button just to find out that my post hadn't been submitted at all... Then i go back to the previous page and nothing is there... Everything is back to the original message...

Also... I'm tired of hitting the quick reply and the same thing happens. It's really annoying especially when you spend Twenty to Thirty Minutes posting an Intellectual Reply just to not care enough to re-type it when it's lost.

The greatest thing about the forums on this game is that It's the most active Forums that I've ever seen for a Game. With quite a mature Following of Members Posting... The biggest problem is that it doesn't look like your forums or even eve-gate it's self can handle the server load of the users posting because I constantly get redirected to the We've been ganked page...

Solution. - Create, Develop, or Buy and alter a much simpler forum, that would cause less load on the server. Or get a lighter version of the one you currently have.

I also constantly have issues with Flash interacting with the forum posting method. Say i'm watching or just recently watched YouTube Videos I get stopped in the middle of my post all the time... It's rather annoying.

Also Please develop an Eve-Gate Mobile Page. Something that will allow you to Eve-Mail people from your mobile device. Currently I can read Eve-Gate on my Mobile Phone (Droid X) Just the problem with it is when i go to reply I literally get a box this big. [------] to Reply into... So if i make a mistake on spelling or punctuation I can't easily fix it.

tl;dr - CCP - Eve-Gate is very buggy and annoying to use, please fix, or give alternative options.

Yes, replying to mail on Droid is a pain in the rear. The text field that appears is incredibly small and is already filled with the text to which you are replying.

Well this is a new angle of complaint, It wont suprise me if one of the devs stop by asking for more information about breaking on mobiles.

There is too much "Smoothness" put into a lot of it which causes micro crashes with everything.

Getting stopped mid-sentence because it detected a flash video in the background, even if you closed the youtube tab out... <_<

It could be much simpler and still look as nice.

BTW. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
My Opinion = " I Hate the New Forums."

Just because it looks nicer doesn't mean it's better.

Mobile Replying to anything on Eve-Gate is screwed up. <_< At least for droids.

I enjoy this newfangled forums these "CCP" devs developed. In case you were wondering, the previous forums HAD NO SEARCH AND WERE TERRIBLE AT EVERYTHING.

I do, however, miss all my wondrous tags, like strikethrough, color, and size and all that jazz... How am I supposed to make witty strikethrough comments? Magic? Jeez. Also, the We Were Ganked page is annoying, it should really just say OHGODWEATEYOURPOST.

The new forums are an effort to discourage and punish non-trolling responses. If you're going to troll, you have 30 seconds to type and submit your post.

For future reference, don't try to be intellectual. Just dig deep to the inner asshat and say something hurtful.
