Player Features and Ideas Discussion

As Im sure many would agree with me the Noctis (which was based on the Primea freebie hull) turned out to be a great success as it filled a niche roll where there was no alternative specialised ship (lolfit dessie/BC doesnt count). However since then there has been a couple of other ship hulls released which look awesome but are pretty useless in there current unique freebie ship form. I have some suggestions for purpouses of these ship hulls.

Echelon Hull
Specialist hacking ship
FITTING:
PG: ~15
CPU: ~200
Highslots: 2 (No turret or launcher)
Midslots: 5
Lowslots: 3

SHIP STATS:
Remain constant with base echelon hull exept for mayby a hacked goods bay
hacking bay: ~350m3

BONUSES:
10% Decrease to codebreaker cycle time per level of CONCORD Utility Ship
5% Increase to Access Difficulty Bonus of Codebreakers per level of CONCORD Utility Ship


Zephyr Hull
Advanced Exploration Vessel
(This ship should be able to operate a Cynoless jump drive. Instead of jumping to a cyno it will jump between stars i.e you warp to one star in system X and you are able to jump to the star in system Y which is 1ly away)

FITTING:
Same as base zephyr Hull

SHIP STATS:
same as base hull with the exeption of:
Jump range: 2ly
fuel consumption: 20 units of X fuel (Cant think of an apropriate fuel that isnt used by current capital ships)
fuel bay: 150m3

BONUSES
0.2ly Increase to jumo range per level of Intaki Exploration Vessel
10m3 increase to fuel bay capacity per level of Intaki Exploration Vessel

I personally think the echelon reskin is something that is really needed in the game for WH space and im sure some nullsec sites, the zephyr hull is probably just me getting carried away but its a nice thought :). Any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is apreciated and a blue post would be great (even if it is saying that it wont be possible until 2014 because of space barbie & ken)
