Yes you quote and still fail to comprehend.

Your pilot is missing Skirmish to 5. It also can't fly a t3 cruiser. Closest is Legion others are light years away.

Nowhere in my post says I need poorly trained unusable for a long time pilots.

Nowhere in your post you say skirmish SPECIALIZATION to 5. Nowhere in your post you say T3 cruisers ( but you DO mention command ships ). Nowhere in your post you say you want turn-key pilots ( but you DO say you have no problem if some of the skills are not injected yet ). You know warfare links can be used with battlecruisers too, right ? Or any other ship for that matter, if you use them for mindlinks only. Many pilots do that - from your message it can be supposed that thats what you want.

Wrong messages man. Assume the rest of us are not telepaths, ok ?
