Not legit.

He must have found a bug with release candidate 2 AUGUSTUS because as of release candidate 4 CALIGULA you cannot exit character creator without bottoms (trousers/skirts)

Why the hell can't we have that thats wicked, eve is not a preteen or teen game guys last i checked the average age is >24 so why no strippers and hoe shorts

because the preteens and teens are the ones who get worked up over pixelated representations of juvenile sexuality, and as you said, EVE does not cater to them.

yeah, i wanted soem nice "christmas" clothes, like a santa-dress, or to be able to wear a ribbon/bow or two as my only clothing, woulda been sexy. (only ever thought of it since that's what my sister dressed in for her husband's birthday (which was on christmas eve))...

or at least some cute boots and other wintery things... as for Lore/RP wise, whos to say a capsuleer doesnt enjoy visiting a ncie snowy planet every now and then? and assuredly they would need clothes for it.

Some sort of a bug. The "Structure" dress allows to not wear anything else, but the coat demands at least a bottom.
