naga no longer to be a torpedo boat?

hi i just logged into the test server and hopped in a naga but it seems it it lost all its launcher hardpoints.

so we are going to get 2 hybrid boats instead of one of each damage type.

that is a bit of a screw you to all the pilots that trained up their missiles skills

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

when i was logged in last night it had the hardpoints, but no bonuses... *logs in to check*

Tedium and difficulty are not the same thing, if you don't realize this then STFU about game design.

CCP should make the naga a cruise missile platform

The Naga is a full hybrid platform now.

I trained up missiles and hybrids.

Yeah, it's pretty derpy. I guess a torp boat was too cool for CCP. I guess I do have large hybrids halfway to level five...

i too can use hybrids but if i wanted a hybrid platform i'd have chosen the Talos

Guess they put a set of assault launchers on them and thought it wasn't vulnerable enough to smaller ships with them.

they did strip the launcher hardpoints. interesting. it is a much better sniper platform than a talos - greater range and 2x the tank.

Tedium and difficulty are not the same thing, if you don't realize this then STFU about game design.

It makes sense, the Tr3 Battelship (Rokh) is a hybrid ship.

I am very happy that the Naga is a Gunboat considering I chose Rails since jumping in my first Merlin.

One happy Caldari Pilot here........ Lol

Yep, the Naga is a sniper ship whereas the Talos is supposed to melt your face off while upclose.

I'm fine with this. The Naga needed to focus on something instead of trying to be both and failing.

:[ It was going to be so pretty and fun with the ability to use both D: Whyyy can't we have both! The Tornado is so much better than the other three. Maybe they shouldn't be buffed in damage to meet it but give the Naga back its cool dual weapons and bonuses!

Also do something for the Gallente and Amarr... I dont care what though :D

guys one is meant to be a blaster boat hence the tracking bonus and the other is meant to be a rail ship hence the optimal range bonus...

now all ccp has to do is nerf probeing to the point that snipping past 150km is usefull again and then you have one extreamly deadly ship in the naga...

though tbh i would have prefered a rate of fire bonus for the naga instead of the damage bonus...

Have you read the patch notes? CCP is fixing hybrids with the same expansion...
