say I had a corp a while ago but I left it so it's been left empty so it's now (Closed).

Is there a way I can get back in it and start it again?

You can remake the corp from scratch with the same name, ticker, and all if the name and/or ticker haven't been taken in between closing and remaking. However, it'll be counted by the server as a new corp with its own ID as the original corp ID is lost by it being closed.

Various High-sec corps have done the close-and-remake thing to try to avoid wardecs, and James 315 has also done it with his one-man corp to highlight just how stupid the mechanics allowing it can be... or at least, he did until someone wardecced, waited for him to close, then took the name and ticker before he could get the chance to remake.
