Solvent?

I can set up a basic-but-complete brewing operation for under US$300, including the ingredients necessary for the first five-gallon batch. That $2700 sticker price is more expensive than half a decade of brewing - or more. I don't need to save time that much.

Oh, and I'm calling BS on the math in the article - I can buy 52 cases of my favorite brew (Dogfish Head Aprihops) for the price of the startup robot kit... 1260 bottles. Or, I can set up my home brewing operation for the cost of under six cases - a mere gross of bottles.
