You are training to many ships and not enough support skills for all the ships imo. It is a nice toon, but needs a lot of work. I would guess maybe 15-20b tops and that is probably generous Lol

I agree to many ships for the support skills. But after gallente lvl 5. I'll be working on engineering, gunnery, shield and some armor skills. Most of the bigger skills are done. He's a lot more focused from when I bought him almost a year ago. Really its not that much more work that needs to be done. But still needs work. Thank you for giving me a rough estimate.
