3,5 bill offer due to misleading advertising of the character.

30 days off a perfect loki + subsystems
30 days off a perfect proteus + subsystems
sub-par tanking skills by far (armor tanking is sad, and you do want that for loki/prot)
gunnery is mediocre
lots of SP in industry / mining

Toon being advertised as loki / prot / dic, it indicates a PVP toon, hence not willing to pay for the unnecessary SP, esp. not that amount.
Still interesting, I have the time and a training slot to train it further for 1-2 quarters and clean him up, get him to par where i would need him.

Let me know your answer. my offer stands indefinitely and i am always open for discussion.
