Needs good but not great scanning skills, good Force and Combat Recon skills. Bonus points for logi and industrial hauler skills.

I'm another "not a perfect fit", but somewhat aligned with your request. I'm primarily a Tengu pilot, but have basic Covops and Recon with Caldari Frigate V and Caldari Cruiser V, so I can fly the Buzzard, Manticore, Rook, and Falcon. Basic scanning skills + Amarr Industrial II.

Obviously I'm in a player corp right now, but I'll move out if you want to buy.

You guys are both probably priced a bit out of what IM looking for. If you're willing to give a deal then by all means mail me, but judging but what you have I dont want to insult you with what I have to offer.
