I'm in the market for a PvP char (Preferably Amarr or Minmatar but will considor all options)

No industry skills, all combat focussed SP please.

do they need to have a good amount of sp?? I have a pilot thats at 2 mil sp and its mostly in combat. he is a gall pilot but cross trained him to fly Amarr ships. he can fly up to Battleships and is a few days from Large Lasers. get back to me and let me know and I'll link his char sheet for u.
