FW/Faction Standings dont take into account connections training?

So i been checking our standings for a while to get back into FW. My gallente standings just for me are +2.70 and without connections its 0.91 which when checking the corp composition faction standings towards gallente 0.91 is exactly the amount taken for the char
So doesnt you connection skills get taken into account in Corp Faction Standings then?

Doesnt seems so, so why not? is this as intended or something wrong?

No, because connections is a personal modifier not a corporation modifier, corporation standings are derived from an average of the base standings of each character in the corp .

I see ok thanks Sad is there anything that raises your corp faction standings? apart from the obvious mission grinding and data centers
