Launcher and repair problems

Okay for the second time in a row when you have implemented a small patch we have the same problem how ever this time using the repair tool does not work! what is going on here CCP?

Launcher error states

The server that you are connecting to cannot be reached

Please check your internet settings and restart the EVE: Online Launcher.

The URL that could not be reached was:
http://cdn1.eveonline.com/614137/RepairData_614137.dat

I cannont post the error report for the repair tool as it says im not allowed to post HMTL what ever that is.

just tryed a different method and got this error instead.

There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status:

Unable to download file /590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe from the server.
Error: [Errno socket error] [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond: 'connect operation system fail'

Well as much as i hate to say it the solution for me was quite simple.....i restarted the computer and it worked fine......

restarting my computer seemed to work for me this time.
