character transfer problem

trying to transfer a character but when it comes to the payment screen clicking on the plex button does nothing, player is in an NPC corp, not skill training ect.

Does the character have the PLEXes? P

You really need to file a support ticket to have a GM look into what might be causing this problem. Either use F12 in-game, the website or email to support@eveonline.com

In the meantime you can check the advice in the Character Bazaar section of the forum, particularly this post from GM CiD has some great advice including that the PLEX must be placed in your redeeming system by using the reverse redeem option.
