EVE In game Apps?

Not sure if this has been brought up before, but it would be real nice if there was an icon on the menu in game to which you could add URLs of apps that you use. This would be a minimal browser window without the menu and address bar at the top.

Given that most eve tools are web based, this would enable users to have instant access to apps which run in a window separate from the main browser as clicking a link will use the active tab in the browser and not a new one meaning they leave the page they were on.

To round it off, if there was a way to resize the window to a specific size then tools could be built to serve specific purposes and can be accessed quickly.

P.S Drag and drop (users/items/bookmarks etc) to browser would also be amazing :)
