Could u suggest a PVP fit for Tengu?

As title says, I would like to have solo pvp fit for Tengu. I looked over internet and found some that in addition use boosters, drugs and etc, though not really sure if I need them, but the DPS was really huge and that fits were from 2012...

So, could u please share some fit which is acceptable in Odyssey. And what kind of Implants to use with combination to the fit.

The HML nerf hurt PVP Tengus a lot, however they still work;
