what does it mean when a corp says "full API and user ID" required? I know what the API is...but user ID?

The user ID is needed for the API key to work and its randomly generated just like the key it self. It will not give them access to your account information so its safe (and needed) to give both to any corporation that asks for an API key before joining.

Personnaly i would never trust a corpo who don't ask for my loggin name, password, real name, real address, and credit card number TwistedLol
Oops, i realize that we are in the New Citizens Q&A... so i must precise : this was a joke. NEVER give any of these informations, to no one. NEVER !
