Fetching character skills and portrait.

OK, I'd like to fetch the set of skills for a character, given the character's API key and name. I can see there's some kind of API for this, as EFT can do it. But, where to start? Web page URL + parameters = XML file returned? Which URL?

I would also like to fetch character portrait thumbnail. Is that doable?

For skills you want CharacterSheet.

For character portraits use the image server:
http://image.eveonline.com/

Edit: I maybe should've mentioned you get the character ID either from /account/Characters or /eve/CharacterID
