a question about the command processor, can i only fit one to a ship? like if i want to use a navy brutix for fleet boosting what is the maximum links I can use on it. Is it only 2? Can i fit 2 command processors and then use 3 links?

can fit as many as you want, fitting space allowing.

The limiting factor with fitting a lot of links is the CPU. If you intend to boost and fight on grid you can't go all-out Co-Processors like you do with off-grid boosting. The Command Ships are superior at boosting compared to the Navy Brutix however, although slightly more expensive. Navy Brutix does lack any tanking bonus as well if intended to be used that way.
