Are you ready to build an empire all your own?

Insidious Associates are happy to announce space for rent in the recently pacified region of Cobalt Edge . Tucked away in the far eastern corner of the Drone Regions, Cobalt Edge is ideally situated for secluded living with blue standings to all the nearby regions and docking rights for all the logistical highways to and from empire.

Renting terms can be suited for your needs: a single system for a lone member, a constellation to a budding industrial powerhouse, and everything in between. All systems are fully upgradeable at renters’ request, allowing you to use only the upgrades you need. Space ownership ensures unfettered access to Insidious Empire and Insidious Associates stations, as well as access to moons, planets, and customs offices.

While the space is very malleable, the rules are rather static.

Where renters got the majority of their info off the mittani rather than off any of you guys

I don't understand what you are talking about renters were informed that EMP was leaving the south back then and had 2 weeks time to leave the space. I would say that is plenty of notice otherwise I don't see how we are required to keep you informed. But well I was not running the program back then so my information on the subject is limited to what I have been told.

4 more systems rented since my last post, Inquries can still be made to: The Ironfist or Banlish, eve mail, open convo, whatever works. When they are gone however, they ARE gone.
