- Tech 2 Hybrid Turrets & lvl 4 Gunnery Support skills
- Good Engineering Skills
- Good Fitting skills
- Fair Armor/Shield Skills
- Fair Navigation Skills
- Fair Targetting Skills

- Drone Interfacing IV
- Gallente BS IV
- Focused Character with little SP wasted is preferred, but not entirely necessary



My budget extends to 10 Billion ISK, however I will only bid how much I think the character is worth. Please post here if you think you have a character that will interest me or is close to the above criteria. Thank you
