As title said, wanna buy a C2:
- with HS static (secondary static doesnt matter)
- with average or better PI
- transferrable POCO's (or most of them)
- no capitals
- no active POS unless its the seller's and want to take it out or we can make a deal for it
- effect doesnt matter

Im willing to see C3 offers also with the same conditions, as long as static is HS.

What about the other things like POCOs, price etc?
