This is eve if you fall for scams you deserve it. Also CCP don't care if there is scamming and robbing in eve maybe you should watch EVE Online: Causality made by CCP.

I've just read through the thread and there is no sign CCP supported her.
They removed trolling, and posts that belong in other forums as is the rules for the marketplace, look at most sales or character bazaar threads.
I think you're mistaking CCP not allowing trolling with CCP supporting someone's service, and you're extrapolating far too much.
I can see why you got scammed.

No they just removed posts containing killmails and chat logs, Both which stated in the rules of the sell orders forum are prohibited. If you were intelligible you would of linked a pastebin containing such information.
