Unable to turn off overheat or module

Sometimes when i overheat my modules for example the mwd.

I am unable to turn off overheat or even the module itself.

It just stays in overheated mode until the module burn out unless i warp away.

It is happening more frequently. Can CCP check on this?

Got the same issue. Mwd burned after 2 cycles and impossible to turn off, unless it burn. Which generally means you die quickly after that. Happened with wide range of ships. Any ideas CCP?

ive found that draing the module from the UI slot to anoother and hitting stop overheat/stop can 'un jam' it sometimes.

Not much related but may be the same kind of bug:
- MWD keeps running and its impossible to turn it off if you spam it. Then you cant change his state anymore until you are out of cap.
