[Proposal] Spliting Alliance and Corporation Recruitment Center into two

Proposal is, to split Alliance and Corporation Recruitment Center into two forums.
One for corps/alliances, and one for players seeking those.

All those players seeking new corp, is drowning in corp/alliances seeking members.
Would also make it more easy for corp/alliance to see new possible members.

I wish to add someting more if player got corp he is accethet there forum shows that that recruiters not contacting allready recruited ppl.
