Just Killed a "New Player" in Highsec, End of World?

Just thought I'd share what I've been up to this evening:

Back on the beat after a hiatus from Code-enforcement, I hit the belts of Balle determined to knock the rust off of my catalyst by taking down the first illegal-miner I came across. First a mackinaw tempted fate by mining without a permit in front of god and everyone. I was in a cloaky, just a few meters away from a perfect warp-in trajectory when he got spooked and docked up.

"Fine", I thought, "a retriever then."

Alas, again the target left before a warp-in could be lined up.

Then, just before I was about to call it quits for the night, a wild Venture appeared, and with it's permit-slot empty! "The nerve..." I thought, and I aligned a warp in and dispatched a catalyst to intercept the criminal with the speed, resolution and diligence only an Agent inspired and empowered by the Code can muster.

My advanced t2 ammunition tore through the little ship in two shots, and in a flash, Law and order were restored to the Balle System, the day had been saved.

Looking back over the kill-mail, I realized that the pilot of the out-law Venture was created just over a week ago, and in killing him, I had committed a carebear-cardinal-sin, I had killed someone less than 30 days old, someone not temporally or psychologically prepared to explode. Surely now CCP would go broke and the servers would empty.

I immediately thought of my recent declaration of the Galaxy Farm Gank Fleet's strict non-discrimination policy, and how many of you noble forum-denizens had promised me that I would be banned should such a thing happen.

So, I thought I'd return to the forums, to publically re-affirm the fact that I have been, and will continue to be ganking miners in Highsec whom I find to be in violation of the code, without regard to the age of their character.

Note: I will NOT be ganking in Rookie Systems or players running the SOE Arc, nor committing any willful violation of the EULA.

Other than that, you violate the Code, be prepared to explode.

Your first attention seeking thread wasn't enough? BTW, if you want to gank me I base out of Myyhera at the 24th Imperial Crusade Station.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

you could avoid this problem by shooting people who have guns fitted in lowsec

YOU ARE GOING TO DIE RL NOW!

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.

Actually if the new ToS comes into play - CODE should be both banned and disbanded as they violate many of the base or core requirements as laid down by the ToS - for example: Mis-representation of authority - CCP own the game and have not authorized you to gank or to exploit a class of player for any reason, consequentially you are in breach of the ToS

I am sure you violate MANY more subsections of the EULA, so I will leave that to other legalise people to point out - I just think you are a personal affront to pixels and that is a good enough reason to ban you.
