Actually, any corporation with a period is masquerading as punctuation and is in direct violation of the ToS

It should be noted that every single 'NPC' corporation in EVE is in violation, as they are, in fact, completely staffed by players.

I will periodically update this list with new suggestions, this is just a starting point.

SpaceMonkey's Alliance:

If you google the term "SpaceMonkey's" this links of course to a 4 peice band from Manchester, England which I do not believe the alliance are affiliated with. Since they had a top hit in 1997 they have been in existence much longer then the alliance.

Recommended Action: Ban the alliance name and all members, delete all their accounts for violating ToS.



Bene Gesserit ChapterHouse:

Bene Gesserit of course is a political group from the Dune universe. Since the author of Dune has not been dead for 50 years his works are not (yet) global commons and therefore the corporation would need copyright permission to use the reference in their name.

Recommended Action: Ban the alliance name and all members, delete all their accounts for violating ToS.


Executive Outcomes

Executive Outcomes was a south african mercenary corporation some years ago but is now disbanded.

Recommended Action: Compliment the group on a fitting choice of name and grant them a bonus 2million SP for picking a name of a now defunct company.

We need space lawyers to file well-written petitions to CCP, explaining how it's a TOS violation and how there's no way to not ban them.

I am NOT a real Inquisitor of any sort.
