Dont know the true worth.

capable of flying a t3 cruiser and level 5 battleship. skills kinda low but a good start for someone wanting an alt.

Are there any other offers or is that really all this toon is worth. I would like to know why it is that a toon sold for 2.8 bill with strategic cruiser to three and all sub skills to three and mine is at 4 and most of those subs are 3-4 and i have bs 5 but cant get a decent bid other then a 2.7 bill offer that was retracted because i was at work. if anyone has advice or a bid please feel free.. I would like to understand this a little better as how to properly set up a toon for selling

Skills are a bit scattered, basic skills are almost not trained, he is "able" to fly T3 but with very limited fittings.

But I'll give you 1.5 b and I'll make this pilot shine in few months.
