Manual Patch Process & Launcher Torrenting

PROBLEM: The latest patch is a 751MB download. But I live in south america and am connecting on a satellite connection at an Internet cafe. Its taken days to finish the patch download which now only has 40mb left. I've lost internet connectivity about 40 times and have little confidence in the patch having downloaded properly. If it fails I'll have wasted alot of time and cash.

SOLUTION:
1) Officially support a manual patching process. It's worked for me up until this patch. If I could download a manual patch I could create a torrent at burnbit.com. Since torrenting verifies the integrity of each part of the file there is no chance of losing my download progress. I'd have not lost training time.
2)Convert the launcher so that it downloads via torrent and add peer to peer settings within the launcher settings. This would improve the download speed for everyone and eliminate download failure completely. It would also greatly reduce bandwidth for CCP.

I am unable to play eve at the moment without downloading the entire 5gb client using a torrent. That will take weeks. Surely this would be a good feature. Being a programmer myself and having programmed torrenting tools I know how simple this can be.
