The recent T1 Industrial rebalance was interesting. I like the specializations for PI, charges, minerals and ore. I think that specialization ought to be extended to the Deep Space Transports like the Mastodon. However, as a nod to their T2 status maybe give them a desirable edge in the specialization.

Make the hold specialization customizable. Create a module or rig that allows the player to turn any DST into the specific type of carrier desired. So a user would be able to have a Mastodon be a PI ship at one point, then change a mod/rig and it becomes a mineral carrier.

Add the already useful organic warp core stabs and high damage resists and now it is a suitable ship for use outside of high sec.
