Eve Toolkit with Cpanel

I'm trying to get the Eve Toolkit up and running on my website (www.evecombo.com) so I can start working on this project, but I don't have (nor do I want) windows on any computer system I work on; that and my ISP blocks all incoming ports so I can't host a website even if I wanted to downgrade to windows. So I'm forced to get a domain and hosting for the website, which comes with Cpanel, hosting mysql and phpmyadmin.

I have no idea what to do here, it seems cpanel doesn't like the .bak file, and when I tried the .sql file as an import or a restore it wouldn't work saying it was the wrong format.

So i'm lost. anyone else know how to do this?

The file that CCP is a backup of a MS SQL server database. It can't be restored into a mysql database.

However, if you look on my site, you'll find converted versions.

What about the .sql file and the .yaml files? How do I upload/import those? What exactly are they there for anyways?
