Collectors Edition codes not redeemable, and what was redeemed when to wrong character

I just purchased the 2nd Decade collectors edition, and tried following the instructions via PDF that I got in an email about applying my special certificate codes.
but upon applying the codes, my eve online character (Dragonreaver) under my account Fobhopper, I not receive ANY ships from the collectors edition, I did not receive my golden pod or the the implants or the tattoo or game time. nothing.
But when I logged in as my Dust 514 character Fobhopper, the drop uplink, ships, and tattoo were all available for me to redeem, but NONE of my templar dropsuits or collectors edition weapons were there to be redeemed.
So effectively my dust 514 character got ALL of my collectors edition goodies that should have gone to my eve online character, and my eve online character, trying to input the special code, got nothing at all, it stated that 'this code is either invalid or has already been redeemed".

I would greatly appreciate your quick response to this issue because I would be really hate to be screwed out of $150.

There is one misunderstanding and one issue here:)

The issue:
The EVE-Items being redeemable on your DUST-character. If you haven't done so already, please file a ticket into the "Billing & Account" category so that this can be looked into and fixed.

The Misunderstanding:
By preordering, or by getting the Promo-Pack, you will get codes that should give you the following items:
For EVE: Nefantar Thrasher, the choice of for one of four sleeve tattoos, Genolution CA-3 and CA-4 implant
For DUST: Amarr 'Templar' Drop Uplink

The golden Pod, the Dropsuits and all the other digital items are part of the actual Collectors Edition package itself and the codes for those will come within the collectors edition box when it is delivered.

Ah, well thank you for clearing the dropsuit issue, but that still leaves the fact that the thrasher, tattoo, and implants were redeemed on my dust 514 character, as well as the drop uplink (the uplink is the only thing I have redeemed on my dust character). I did send an email to the support, but it looks like I should make a ticket out of this too then. Thank you for your quick response.

Well I have tried twice now to make a support ticket, and both times after writing everything out, and hitting 'submit', I got an error saying "An unexpected error occurred while submitting your support ticket. Please try again later. "

so it looks like I need to make a support ticket about trying to make a support ticket.
